Chairwoman Linda Sánchez Rallies Voters in Arizona for Kamala Harris and Ruben Gallego
On the first weekend of early voting in Arizona, Sánchez Joins Reproductive Rights Tour and Latino Men’s Event in this Swing State

Washington, D.C. - This past weekend, on the start of early voting in Arizona, CHC BOLD PAC Chairwoman Linda Sánchez traveled to the state of Arizona to rally voters for Vice President Kamala Harris and Senate Candidate Ruben Gallego. She participated in multiple campaign events to promote support for working families and protect reproductive rights.

“As early voting begins, Arizonans have the power to define their future, and we need fighters like Ruben Gallego and Vice President Kamala Harris leading the way,” said Chairwoman Linda Sánchez. “Ruben Gallego will make history as Arizona’s first Latino Senator, and he’s ready to continue fighting for our community. From defending women’s rights to making housing affordable, he is the fearless leader Arizona needs in the Senate. Kamala Harris has been a relentless advocate for working families, and will fight for the change we need alongside Ruben Gallego. This election is critical, and it’s up to us to make sure our voices are heard to lead us to victory this November.”

Sánchez’s weekend in Arizona was marked by several key events that energized voters and highlighted the Democratic Party’s commitment to working families:

  • Carpenters GOTV Kick-Off for Gallego: CHC BOLD PAC Chairwoman Linda Sánchez, alongside Congresswoman Nanette Barragán, stood in solidarity with Arizona Senate candidate Ruben Gallego at the Carpenters GOTV Kick-Off. Ruben Gallego, whose campaign is critical to Democrats’ efforts to defend the Senate and one of BOLD PAC’s top pick-up opportunities this cycle, would make history as Arizona’s first Latino senator. The event highlighted how Democrats are standing with the labor movement and fighting for working families every step of the way.

  • Compas con Gallego: Following the Carpenters GOTV Kick-Off, CHC BOLD PAC Chairwoman Linda Sánchez, alongside Congresswoman Nanette Barragán, joined Ruben Gallego to continue to energize voters with a Compas Con Gallego event, part of his Juntos Con Gallego coalition, which focuses on engaging Latino men. Latino male leaders from across the state came together and hosted a pinstriping event with lowrider legend Efrain "Bugs" Gonzales. The event highlighted key issues that matter to Latino men and Arizona's Latino community.

  • Harris Campaign’s Reproductive Rights Tour: Finally, Chairwoman Sánchez participated in the Harris Campaign’s Reproductive Rights Tour, where she stood alongside First Lady Jill Biden, Bryan Cranston, Senator Mark Kelly, Governor Katie Hobbs, Ruben Gallego, Gabby Giffords, Kate Cox, and Sophia Bush, to double down on Democrats’ commitment to protect reproductive freedom. Together, they highlighted the critical stakes of the upcoming elections for the Latino community and emphasized the urgent need to defend reproductive rights.

We will continue working tirelessly to ensure that our democratic processes and institutions serve the American people, no matter the outcome of future elections. “BOLD PAC will remain committed to its mission to fight misinformation, safeguard our democracy, and protect the institutions that uphold our freedoms.
