As part of a $400k ad buy, BOLD PAC is launching Spanish and English ads to expose Yvette Herrell’s dangerous agenda and its impact on Latino families in New Mexico. This initiative will continue to hold MAGA liars accountable for their extremist, anti-Latino agenda that seeks to undermine and devastate our communities.

- Yvette Herrell’s Environmental Damage: Herrell's liquid waste company sought approval to discharge up to 7,800 gallons of septage per day in Otero County, despite local opposition. She wants to take control of national forests, and Bureau of Land Management (BLM) lands to get 100% of the profits from oil, gas, and timber, risking more environmental harm to New Mexico. She is putting profits over protecting our land and resources.
- Sought to eliminate reproductive rights: Pushed for extreme anti-abortion measures that criminalize women and healthcare providers, with no exceptions for rape or incest.
- A History of Selfishness: Herrell’s actions here reflect a troubling pattern. During her time in Congress, she consistently put her personal and political gain above the needs of New Mexicans, prioritizing MAGA extremists over the well-being of working families.
